After the initial contact, our medical team will proceed with reviewing any existing medical records you may have. 3 Treatment eligibility examination

During your first appointment, our medical team will conduct a thorough examination to determine your eligibility for reflux surgical treatment. 5 Pre-surgery examination

Prior to your scheduled surgery date, you’ll undergo a pre-surgery examination to ensure that you’re in optimal health for the procedure. 6 Day of the surgery

Prior to day of your surgery, our team will provide you with detailed instructions to prepare for the procedure. You’ll be greeted by our compassionate staff who will guide you through the pre-operative process and address any last-minute concerns. Throughout the surgery, our world-class medical team will ensure your comfort and safety, employing advanced techniques, tailor made treatment to achieve the best possible outcome.

7 Post-surgery recovery

Following the surgery, you’ll be closely monitored by our team as you begin your recovery process. We’ll provide comprehensive post-operative care instructions and support to help you manage any discomfort and ensure a smooth recovery. Our goal is to facilitate a speedy and successful recovery so that you can resume your normal activities as soon as possible.

It is unlikely you need to spend in hospital more than one night. I many cases patient can leave our institution on the day of the surgery.

8 Control examinations

As you progress through your recovery, we’ll schedule two follow-up appointments, after 3 months and 6 months of your surgery, to monitor your healing progress and address any concerns that may arise. These control examinations are essential for ensuring that your surgery was successful and that you’re experiencing the expected improvements in your reflux symptoms. Our dedicated medical team will continue to support you every step of the way, providing personalized care to help you achieve long-term relief from reflux.
